The FMLink Fueling application offers a streamlined approach for users to efficiently record fueling transactions. By allowing manual selection of parameters and scanning of equipment barcodes, the application connects seamlessly to your designated FMLive domain upon login, facilitating a straightforward fueling process.
Notable features of the FMLink Fueling application include:
- Elimination of paper records by enabling transaction logging directly from mobile devices.
- Barcode scanning capability with any tablet or smartphone camera.
- Ability to fuel in various locations equipped with a designated Mobile Platform and Hose.
- Synchronization of transactions for review within the FMLive enterprise application.
- Options to view transactions that are pending synchronization with FMLive.
- Ability to restrict transaction syncing to Wi-Fi only, if preferred.
- Tracking capabilities to monitor when individual operators log their transactions through Audit Data.
Domain Name Information: Syntech Systems, Inc. will provide you with your FMLive domain name.
Login Credentials: Login credentials can be generated by a User Admin within the FMLive enterprise system. For detailed instructions, please refer to the FMLive System Admin Guide.
Barcode Scanning Issues: If your barcode fails to scan, it may be due to improper reading position or damage to the barcode itself. Ensure that the barcode is intact and that the scanning line aligns properly across its entirety.
Transaction Sync Issues on Shared Devices: When multiple users utilize a single device, it is crucial for each user to check the Transactions Queue before logging out. This practice ensures all transactions are successfully sent to FMLive, as unaddressed transactions may remain unsynchronized until the next user session.
Missing Transactions in FMLive: Should your transactions not appear in FMLive, export the Transactions Data from the Transaction Queue. Once sent to Syntech, these transactions can be reinstated within the enterprise system.
